Big Fish Games, acquired by Churchill Downs

U.S. racetrack and casino owner Churchill Downs bought casual game developer Big Fish Games for $885 million (€710.3 million).

Under the deal, Churchill Downs will pay $485 million in basic fees and $350 million in potential proceeds next year if certain targets are met.

Paul Tenn, founder and CEO of Big Fish Games, is also likely to receive a $50 million bonus under his 2016 reservation if he achieves his goal.

The purchase will be paid in cash, with $15 million of Churchill Downs shares expected to be paid to Tenn instead.

I’m very proud of the company I’ve built over the last 12 years.

Churchill Downs is a company dedicated to interactive entertainment and with a track record of growth and performance.

Big Fish now believes it is in a position to be a bigger force in the casual, mid-core, social casino mobile and online gaming industries. 파워볼게임
