HL Anyang won both games of the 2023-2024 Asia League Ice Hockey Finals held in enemy territory and came close to winning its 8th championship.

HL Anyang, led by coach Baek Ji-seon, played against Red Eagles Hokkaido at the Nepia Ice Rink in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, Japan on the 31st with Lee Chong-min, who scored two goals, in the second game of the 2023-2024 Asia League Ice Hockey Finals (3 wins out of 5).
