Rivers Casino Constructs New Hotel

Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh announced today that it will begin construction on its $60 million W61 billion North Shore Hotel at the end of the summer. The seven-story, four-star building will be called “Landing Hotel Pittsburgh” and will contain 219 rooms. It will stick to the existing casino on the east front facing the Carnegie Science Center.

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh received hotel approval from the Pittsburgh Planning Commission in 2017. Development was delayed following approval of a gaming bill that added a category 4 “mini casino” and reshaped the Pennsylvania casino landscape.

Meanwhile, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh has successfully completed several significant real estate upgrades. Among them, it added FLIPT, a luxury burger restaurant, opened The Event Center for large gala and expo, and launched Pittsburgh’s first licensed sportsbook.

“The time is right,” said Greg Carlin, CEO of Rush Street Gaming and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. “Statewide gaming expansions have changed our schedules, but not our intentions. Rush Street has always envisioned a hotel for Rivers to create a destination that fully serves the North Shore. We see it as a natural evolution.” 파워볼사이트 추천
