Save The Valley Group sues Mash Indians Over Casino Expansion

The Santa Ynez Band of Chumasi Indians has been sued by Save the Valley, a group of Santa Barbara residents. The Valley says the land is not part of a trust. Indian tribes are allowed to use the land allocated to them for casinos as long as it is converted into a trust. However, Save the Valley does not believe this has happened, and ownership of the property is limited to ruling out commercial efforts. The land in question will include a 12-story hotel expansion with 215 more rooms. There will also be 75,000 square feet of gaming space, a swimming pool deck, and 584 parking spaces as part of the expansion. 프라그마틱 슬롯 사이트
