Valley Forge Casino Resort, a full amenity gaming and entertainment resort, is pleased to announce the grand opening of Copper Whisk, a restaurant concept focused on accessible chef-led breakfast and lunch options. Copper Whisk will open to the public on March 30, 2022.

Copper Whisk joins Valley Forge Casino Resort’s existing lineup of food and beverage offerings, which includes additional quick-service food court offerings, including Italian markets, Asian Noodle, Dunkin’ Donuts, and more, as well as sit-down restaurants Revolution Chop House Classic Luxury Steak House and Valley Tavern Casual American Food. Copper Whisk makes breakfast and lunch easy to eat, which features classic and a few locally inspired favorites. Breakfast is served all day. The main menu includes a fresh “today’s muffin,” multiple styles of three egg omelette, and a variety of sweet and savory classical breakfasts and a variety of breakfast meats, including buttermilk pancakes, French toast, Belgian waffles, traditional egg Benedict, corn beef hash and eggs, biscuits and gravy. Lunch options cater to all pallets of customers, including hearty, filling staples and lighter fare. Lunch menu includes several soup and salad options, four variations of the Angus Burger, chicken avocado wrap, 44-farm filly cheese steak, and sandwiches including Ruben. Lunch offerings also include a generous lobster roll topped with main lobster meat and mayonnaise on a grilled brioche roll, a “BLT Tower” double-layered BLT sandwich, and a “South Philly” slow-roast pork shoulder sandwich topped with broccoli lab and sharp probolon on Ricio’s Italian roll.
